Urban tug-of-love drama set in '70s London. When three old acquaintances meet up again at a wedding reception, they begin to see each other in a different light. Young married PC Joe (Martin Potter), pursues and beds Sue (Julia Foster), only for small-time crook Barry (Nicky Henson) to replace him in her affections. After Sue joins Barry on one of his jobs, events take a turn for the worse when the pair run into Joe on his beat.
