Halloween horror about a maniacal clown. Whilst babysitting two kids on Halloween, Sarah (Katie Maguire) comes across an unmarked tape in one of the children's bags after the night of trick or treating. The trio sit down to watch the film and are horrified by its contents which include three stories involving a creepy, deranged clown named Art (Mike Giannelli). The footage of his acts becomes increasingly violent and disturbing, leading to troubling revelations about the nature of the clown and where he might now be.
