After the Beat Fatigue with Yoga book was first published there were many requests for a DVD that people could use at home to do a simple yoga routine everyday. Now, for the first time, Fiona will be teaching a 25-minute routine suitable for people with chronic fatigue syndrome. The first ten minutes features gentle stretching, proper yoga breathing and relaxation techniques to increase energy. The next 15-minute section is a remedial section suitable for anyone who wants a gentle yoga session. The final part of the DVD is taught by Sue Delf, a British Wheel of Yoga teacher, who also teaches at Triyoga. Sue breaks the hour in to three sections so that if you are very fit you can work through the whole DVD. Otherwise you can just select the section that you want to work in on a particular day. Sue and Fiona have designed the DVD so that it progresses from very gentle stretches through to stronger postures towards the end. The DVD is directed by Alex Howard, author of 'Why Me?' And Director of the 'Optimum Nutrition Clinic' in Harley Street.
