Berlin's Waldbühne amphitheatre is the setting for this July 2011 performance in the Berliner Philharmoniker summer concerts season. Conducted by Riccardo Chailly, the orchestra plays a selection of works by Dmitri Shostakovich, Nina Rota, Ottorino Respighi and Paul Lincke.
