Kyle Mooney, Mark Hamill and Greg Kinnear star in this US comedy drama. James (Mooney) lives underground with his parents, has no contact with the outside world and is obsessed with the children's TV show 'Brigsby Bear'. However, one day, his world is shattered when his parents are arrested and James is exposed to the wider world outside of his tiny home. Detective Vogel (Kinnear) explains his parents aren't really his parents and held him captive since childhood but worse, they made up 'Brigsby Bear'. As he tries to adjust to his new life, and is reunited with his real family, James can't get over 'Brigsby Bear' not being real and decides to film his own finale to his beloved show.
