Dutch crime thriller following a drug dealing family man as he descends deeper into madness. Eddie Kronenburg (Jeroen van Koningsbrugge) is a mid-level gangster who runs a successful drug dealing operation in Amsterdam. His wife Sylvia (Thekla Reuten) has long turned a blind eye to his shady ways of making money but she finally decides to take action for the sake of their two children when his violent actions begin to threaten the whole family. After deciding she has to choose between Eddie or her children, Sylvia runs away but Eddie is determined not to let his family abandon him so easily.
