Ivor Bolton leads the Salzburg Mozarteum Orchestra in this premiere recording of von Winter's opera, a sequel to Mozart's 'Die Zauberflöte'. Recorded at the Salzburg Festival in 2012, the story follows the lovers Pamina and Tamino (Malin Hartelius and Michael Schade) as they journey through a magical underground labyrinth, trying to outwit the manoeuvres of the Queen of the Night (Julia Novikova).
