When American fighter pilot Ted Masters (Tim Thomerson) is shot down and held for execution by a fanatical Mideast despot, the government's hands were tied. That wasn't what Masters' determined son Doug (Jason Gedrick) and old colleague Chappy Sinclair (Lou Gossett, Jr.) wanted to hear... so they scheme to hijack a pair of F-16s and conduct the rescue themselves!
