Michael Jai White stars as a troubled ex-marine in this action feature directed by Ernie Barbarash. When his sister Cindy (Laila Ali) is brutally assaulted while working in the favelas of Brazil, former marine John 'Falcon' Chapman (White) travels to investigate and avenge her attack. In the process John discovers corrupt cops were responsible, leading him to take on the notorious Japanese mafia who run the slums.
