Triple bill of exercise programmes presented by personal trainer Nancy Marmorat, aimed at those aged 50 and over. 'Beginner's Gymnastics' is divided into six sections, including muscle toning and flexibility, which are easy-to-follow and provide gentle physical activity. 'Morning Stretching' includes three 20-minute sessions which focus on stretching and balance. 'Balance and Coordination' features a basic 25-minute session, as well as seven individual workouts which are designed to improve balance and coordination.
