Global Meltdown (UK-import)
Canadian sci-fi drama in which the Earth's crust begins to break apart, causing massive volcanic eruptions and threatening the existence of humankind. Determined to find a way out and reach higher ground to evade the worst of the disaster, a family join a group of survivors as they get to work on coming up with a life-saving strategy. The cataclysmic events are just the beginning of their worries, however, as a group of fellow refugees battle to contain an ongoing power struggle which could leave its weakest members fighting for their lives.
