Low-budget sci-fi action feature. In a futuristic and harshly divided world, police officer Aiden Magnusson (Marc Petey) is promoted to Sector One for his work in solving a well-known crime case. But Aiden's life is turned upside down when the city's governing central computer pins a murder on him.
