Amanda Sthers writes and directs this drama starring James Caan, Tom Hollander and Jonathan Rhys Meyers. The story follows retired American cardiologist Harry Rosenmerck (Caan) as he moves to Israel and becomes a pig farmer. There, he befriends Orthodox rabbi Moshe (Hollander), attempts to reconnect with his faith and is visited by his estranged daughter Annabelle (Efrat Dor) after her mother, Monica (Arquette), is diagnosed with a terminal illness. Meanwhile, back in New York, Harry's son David (Rhys Meyers) continues to write to his father, without reply, as he prepares to launch his new play.
