At first fancying himself an "enigmatic poet", twenty-something Art gradually realises that he must take action if he's going to escape his life as a struggling musician. Not content to just draw inspiration from its pages, Art invites the elderly author of the book to live with him and his parents, sparking off a painfully funny journey into dysfunction but towards fulfilment.
