Il Prigionier Superbo/La Serva Padrona: Pergolesi Festival (UK-import)
A double-bill of Pergolesi operas recorded live at the Jesi Music Festival. 'Il Prigionier Superbo' features performances by Antonio Lozano, Marina Rodríguez-Cusí and Marina De Liso, whilst 'La Serva Padrona' features Ruth Rosique, Marina Comparato and Giacinta Nicotra. The casts are accompanied throughout by Baroque specialists the Accademia Barocca de I Virtuosi Italiani, conducted by Corrado Rovaris.
