Jane (Butler-Hart) awakens in an unfamiliar world to discover that she is being held captive in an attic, with no recollection of how she got there. Knowing that she must escape, Jane attempts to reach a quantum research facility where she learns more about the work of Dr Charles Marland-White (McKellen) and Professor Aaron Östergaard (Hill).
