Japanese anime sequel directed by Masamitsu Hidaka. The film follows Takumi Fujiwara (voice of Mamoru Miyano), a young delivery driver looking to make a name for himself in the Mount Akina downhill racing scene. With a showdown against rivals the Akagi RedSuns racing team on the horizon, Takumi soon finds himself coming up against their fastest driver Ryousuke Takahashi (Daisuke Ono).
