1950's British drama. In post-war London, adopted youngster Lovejoy Mason (June Archer) sets about creating her own little garden in a bombed churchyard, with the help of her friend Tip Malone (Christopher Hey). However, she must overcome adversity when her garden is trashed by her mean peers and her relatives struggle to make ends meet.
