Thriller starring the late Tupac Shakur in which the attempt of four young black men to gain street cred through an armed robbery backfires. Bishop (Shakur), Q (Omar Epps), Raheem (Khalil Kain) and Steel (Jermaine Hopkins) are a group of friends growing up in the tough New York neighbourhood of Harlem. One day, tired of harassment from police and a local Puerto Rican gang, Bishop decides that what the friends lack is the tough reputation, or 'juice', that would see them left alone. Bishop hatches a plan to commit an armed robbery that will give the friends the respect they lack, and the others reluctantly agree to go along. But when during the robbery Bishop shoots and kills the store clerk, the friendship of the boys begins to unravel, as it becomes clear to them just how far they will have to go to really get 'juice'...
