Documentary shedding light on the brutal and secretive world of illegal bare-knuckle fighting within the Irish traveller community. Filmed over a 12-year period, the film chronicles the ongoing violent feud between two rival families, the Quinn McDonaghs and their cousins the Joyces, and focuses in particular on James Quinn McDonagh, a promising and charismatic young man who becomes increasingly reliant on his fighting skills as a means of earning both money and status within his community.
