In the small American town of St. Illwater, Esmerelda Winfield (Marina Sirtis) keeps the townsfolk safe from the werewolves living in the dark, surrounding forest. When the old witch decides she's getting too old the duty is passed down to her granddaughter Samantha (Santos). After being slain by a hungry wolf, Esmerelda uses her magical powers to resurrect her granddaughter from the grave as the powerful wolf slayer Red Rotting Hood and passes her powers on to the revived Samantha. With the old woman gone, the werewolves see the opportunity to strike and begin overrunning the town. Can Samantha rise to her new role and stop them before it's too late?
