A collection of short documentary films that record aspects of life in Britain during the 1960s. Produced by the Rank organisation, the films, originally screened in cinemas, came to replace the newsreel films which had previously been a mainstay of cinema, but which had become increasingly obsolete with the advent of television news bulletins. The films featured offer a glimpse of what the transport system was like in Britain at the time, while also providing a snapshot of life in the 'Swinging Sixties'.
