Choreographer and director Matthew Bourne takes the score from Bizet's opera 'Carmen' as a background for this performance of his modern ballet set in 1960s America. When a handsome stranger arrives in town, the small community finds itself drawn into a spiral of sex, lust and greed with drastic consequences. The cast, made up of dancers from the New Adventures company, includes Christopher Trenfield, Zizi Strallen, Dominic North, Kate Lyons and Alan Vincent.
