Baby Queen (Arabella Latham) is a South African–born singer-songwriter now based in London, UK. Arabella was born and brought up in Durban, South Africa but moved to London aged 18 to pursue a career in music. She wrote her music whilst working at a Rough Trade music shop in Brick Lane, London. During the covid pandemic of 2020, she signed a record deal with Polydor Records over Zoom. Her debut single was Internet religion which featured in Spotify playlists 'New Music Friday' and 'Hot New Bands'. This was followed by a steady stream of releases throughout 2020 and 2021. Her first EP, Medicine, was released on 11 November 2020.
