In 'On - Auf,' Swedish photographer Mikael Olsson (born 1969) takes as his starting point Herzog & de Meuron and Ai Weiwei's temporary structure for the 2012 Serpentine Pavilion. By analyzing their creative processes and archives in direct dialogue with them, Olsson creates a new story extending beyond the pavilion.
