Double bill of comedy dramas starring British blonde bombshell Diana Dors. In 'Miss Tulip Stays the Night' (1955) crime writer Andrew Dax (Patrick Holt) and his wife, Kate (Dors), are visited by a strange woman who arrives at their house with jewels and a gun, looking for a place to stay. They let her stay the night but in the morning they discover she has been murdered and Andrew finds himself the prime suspect. In 'The Great Game' (1953), based on the play 'Shooting Star' by Basil Thomas, chairman of Burnville United Football Club Joe Lawson (James Hayter) makes a dodgy business deal and, when a scandal breaks out as a result, he loses his job. Dors co-stars as sexy secretary Lulu Smith, alongside Thora Hird and John Laurie.
