The Case of the Grimacing Governor A politician allegedly commits suicide, and his daughter is accused of murdering the man she feels is responsible for her father's death. Bill McKenzie (Hal Holbrook) is a family friend and comes to the aid of the young woman. Della (Barbara Hale) and Ken (William R. Moses) assist the former legal pro in figuring out who had a motive to frame the politician's daughter. The Case of the Jealous Jokester: Bill McKenzie (Hal Holbrook) is on the case once again when his niece, an assistant at a production company, wakes up next to the corpse of her tyrannical TV star boss and is accused of the murder. The case is made more complicated by the fact that McKenzie's niece was accused of sleeping with the victim's husband.
