Carol Anne has been sent to a special school for gifted but emotionally disturbed children whilst living with her aunt and uncle. The Preacher of Pain is still trying to lure her to the other side, so diminutive medium Tangina stands guard to protect her. Heather O'Rourke, the young star, died tragically during filming.
