River Cottage Road Trip (UK-import)
Hugh heads off on the River Cottage Road Trip in two one-hour specials. Exploring new territory, Hugh leaves in search of northern culinary inspiration and some regional delights that he can bring back to his business. His journey begins in Dumfriesshire, where Hugh learns how to make haggis and partake in the bizarre local tradition for procuring the famous Scottish delight. In Cumbria, he shoots his first teal and promptly barbeques it with a kebab comprising of its heart and kidney. In return for a lakeside camping pitch, Hugh agrees to knock up a special meal comprising of whatever he can get his hands on from nature, and then serves it up for the revellers at the Coniston Water Festival.
