Giovanni Grancino 1690 Violin 4/4, handmade in Germany by master luthier Florian Hertzsch, based on the model of a violin built by Giovanni Grancino in 1690, due to its narrow and round upper-bout and its harmoniously curved f-holes this violin is considered to be a role-model for Grancino`s style, spruce top (Picea abies), back, sides and neck made of flamed maple (Acer pseudoplatanus), ebony fingerboard (Diospyros crassiflora), ebony fittings, homemade antiqued amber-based oil-varnish based on the model of Italian masters, a thin layer of laquer enables the tone-woods to swing freely, traces of wear in the pattern of ancient Italian violins, maximum optimization of sound by final adjustment of soundpost and bridge, length of the back: 355mm, comes with Pirastro Evah Pirazzi strings, cerificate included, comes with Gewa Bio Oblong Violin Case (grey/black).
