Sink or Swim is the debut solo album by Lily Gonzalez, on 20th August. Lily has co-written the album with top saxophonist Andy Hamilton (Duran Duran, George Michael), and iconic 80s singer-songwriter, Nik Kershaw. It features some of the UK’s finest session musicians, including Max Middleton (Kate Bush, Jeff Beck). Lily is in demand as a vocalist-percussionist, most recently playing for Faithless, Tony Hadley, The Brand New Heavies and Jimmy Somerville. She has also performed and recorded with Art of Noise, Eddi Reader, Duran Duran, Heather Small, Boy George, Bono, KT Tunstall, Dave Stewart, Holly Johnson, Roland Gift, Belinda Carlisle, Go West, Sister Sledge and Candi Staton, amongst others. As a session musician, Lily has toured extensively throughout the USA, South America, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Germany, Spain, and Italy, and appeared on numerous TV shows including Later With Jools Holland, and Top Of The Pops.
