Low-budget animated feature. Retired veterinarian Sir Billi (voice of Sean Connery) lives in the Scottish Highlands and spends his free time doing stunts on his skateboard. When he learns that Scotland's last beaver, Bessie Boo (Valentina Hartmann), is in danger of being deported he takes it upon himself to rescue her from the authorities.
