Slinger's Day: The Complete Series (UK-import)
The complete two series of the comedy starring Bruce Forsyth as Cecil Slinger, the beleaguered manager of a London supermarket. The series, which followed on from 'Tripper's Day' - cancelled after the death of lead actor Leonard Rossiter - contains a number of characters who also appeared in the earlier show, including Mr Christian (Paul Clarkson), a well-intentioned but hopeless shop assistant, Hardie (Philip Bird), the confrontational shop steward, and the preening checkout girl, Dottie (Vicky Licorish).
