Low-budget sci-fi horror. When her dad (Craig Nigh) goes missing on one of his birdwatching trips, Maddy Stern (Jessica Lee Keller) gets together with some of her college buddies and decides to go searching for him. As they trace his steps around his remote Texas cabin, the group stumble upon a research facility breeding the prehistoric phorusrhacidae species known as terror birds. The proprietor, however, doesn't welcome their intrusion and sets his vicious creations on the young group, leaving them to fight for their lives against the prehistoric predators...
