A history of the Avro Vulcan V-Bomber, the world's first large delta-wing strike aircraft. The programme follows the aircraft from its conception in the early 1950s as a strategic nuclear bomber through to its departure from the Royal Air Force service after its use in the Falklands Conflict in 1982.
