Actor Ewan McGregor and his brother, Colin, present this double bill of documentaries about the aircraft and pilots that fought during the Second World War. In 'The Battle of Britain' the brothers fly vintage planes, meet the few veterans still alive today and discover the strategies of the battle which took place in 1940. With examples of real life experiences, 'Bomber Boys' takes a look at the Bomber Command, exploring operations over a six-year period, the challenges that were faced and the development of the unit. Meanwhile, Colin learns to fly a Lancaster bomber.
