An aging hunt-lover (Eric Porter) takes pity on an orphaned fox-cub and rears it with his own hounds. Nevertheless, the young fox still finds itself at the mercy of the hunt. Features a youthful Dennis Waterman, along with Jeremy Kemp and Rachel Roberts.
