Comedy following the adventures of an Eastern European dictator's son who heads to the US to attend university. As the son of Kosta Volvic (Adam West), the tyrant who has lined his own pockets with the wealth of his nation, Ratko (Efren Ramirez) has led a privileged and sheltered life. As part of this privileged lifestyle, Ratko is sent to attend a top US university, where his hedonistic impulses are at first given free reign. However, when Ratko falls in love with Holly (Katrina Bowden), his outlook on the world begins to change. Holly is a vegetarian and student activist, with a vastly different approach to the world, who encourages Ratko to examine his family's past and the role they play in their own nation. Ratko faces a difficult choice as he moves closer to Holly and begins to see his father's behaviour in a different light...
