Low-budget British supernatural horror. The film follows Eric and Hayley Jones (Andrew Hollingworth and Becca Hirani) as they move into their new house on Elm Lake with their young daughter Penny (Faye Goodwin). However, they soon learn their new home has a gruesome past and a previous occupant, believing he was possessed by Satan, murdered his wife and child as part of a ritualistic sacrifice.
