Hong Kong fantasy feature. The film follows a goddess known as the Seventh Sister (Ching Li) as she arrives on Earth to find out what contemporary life is like in Hong Kong. There, she teams up with the reincarnated form of her former lover to save an orphanage from being taken over by an evil tycoon.
