Alan Rickman and Juliet Stevenson star alongside director Mike Binder in this British-American comedy drama. When young American executive Matthew Barnes (Binder) learns of a chance for him to move up in his company, he accepts a trip to London to oversee a merger. When the man he is to replace, John Gissing (Rickman), also learns of the shake-up, John vows to make his replacement's life difficult. Can Matthew figure out John's plan before it's too late?
