Jackie Chan directs and stars in this 1980s martial arts action comedy. Dragon (Chan) is the younger of two orphans whose older brother, Tiger (Pai Wei), switches his allegiance to a rival martial arts school. When Tiger is framed by the school and exiled, Dragon takes it upon himself to clear his sibling's name.
