US children's film featuring the voice of Rob Schneider. At the Children's Football World Cup, a group of talking canine mascots led by the US mascot Rex (voice of Mark Silverman) band together to save the tournament when villainous businesswoman Ariana (Kristin Carey) attempts to sabotage the American team, the Flying Cleats, and a gang of criminals try to get their hands on the trophy.
