Filmed on location in Norway, this presentation by the Karmoy Viking Club recreates the world of the Nordic warriors. Old Norse expert Marit Vea takes the role of 'saga teller' in the tale of a chieftain who honours the arrival of a travelling merchant at his house with a great feast. Also included are 3D graphics of ship design and the Viking fire festival in York.
