Windom's Way (1957) (UK-import)
1950s British drama directed by Ronald Neame and starring Peter Finch and Mary Ure. British surgeon Alec Windom (Finch) is based in Burma and when civil conflict arises he finds himself protecting the interests of local rubber plantation workers. Meanwhile, his estranged wife Lee (Ure) travels to the remote village where he resides to try and save their marriage. The predicament the Windom's find themselves in may serve to strengthen their marriage, but will they survive the escalating conflict?
