Triple bill of programmes designed to help new mothers and their babies relax and keep fit. 'Antenatal Yoga', presented by former athlete Kathy Tayler, contains a range of yoga-based exercises to help mothers prepare for the rigours of giving birth. 'Baby Yoga' demonstrates a number of gentle movements and exercises that can help both mothers and babies stay healthy in the 18 months after birth. Finally, 'Toddler Yoga' is aimed at stimulating the development of toddlers and enhancing the parent-child bond.
